3. Products, Pricing, and Availability
  • Stock Availability: All products displayed on the Website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
  • Pricing Pricing: The prices displayed on the Website are in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
  • Errors and Omissions: While we try to ensure all details, descriptions, and prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
4. Orders and Formation of Contract
  • Order Placement: Placing an item in a shopping cart does not constitute an order or a reservation. A legally binding agreement is only formed once you complete the checkout process, payment is received, and Buyzen sends you an Order Confirmation email.
  • Right to Cancel: Buyzen reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
5. Payment Methods
We accept secure payments through verified third-party payment gateways (e.g., PayFast, Peach Payments, Ozow, Yoco). You may pay via:

  • Instant EFT
  • Mobicred, PayFlex, or PayJustNow

By submitting payment details, you warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
6. Delivery and Shipping
  • Delivery Areas: We deliver to physical addresses across South Africa. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • Timelines: Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as guidelines only. Buyzen is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, severe weather, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
  • Risk and Ownership: Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the specified address. Ownership of the products passes to you only after Buyzen has received full payment.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, which complies fully with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions (ECT) Act. Please review our Return Policy for details on your 7-day cooling-off rights and manufacturing warranties.
